Plural Nouns games

to learn the spelling of plural nouns, practice vocabulary and English conversation. Practice spelling, vocabulary, speaking, questions and answers, as well a grammar with these great games and activities.



This game focuses on plural nouns with irregular spelling with four main sections. There is a plural nouns vocabulary practice section and a plural nouns spelling section. Then, there are some games for conversation practice and games for listening practice. The question and answer activities are associated with the ESL Young Learners Curriculum - Unit 7.

The questions and answers for this game are as follows.

  • A: What are these?
  • B: They're babies.
  • A: Are these babies?
  • B: Yes, they are./No, they're not.

Other notes:

  • This game only has plural forms.  If the students need to practice a mixture of singular and plural try either of the 2 other plural games (plural nouns 1 or plural nouns 3)
  • There are no grammar questions for this set. To practice the grammar questions, see the plural nouns (a vs. -s) game.
